Background
Instructional design, running a business, consulting, web design, programming, training, and user experience (UX) design are all things I've done in the past. I'm also a published author, and for 10 years I taught two accredited classes at the University of Alaska. I have a master's degree in information technology, am PMP-certified, and have been working remotely for most of the past 10 years, I've written several books on teaching, learning, communications, organization, and time management. I've always been good at communicating, managing my time, and setting expectations, but I've gotten even better at these things as I've grown in my career, and I'm excited to share my wisdom with you so that you can improve your business outcomes.
